Dr. Wisteria Williams is an accomplished instructional consultant and District Instructional Coach with over 20 years of experience in transforming classrooms into vibrant hubs of learning. As a former classroom teacher, Dr. Williams earned a reputation for teaching with passion and purpose—motivating students to exceed their potential while fostering a clear understanding of their educational goals. Her commitment to excellence in education led to the creation of Instructional SWAP in 2014, an initiative born from her dedication to crafting engaging, effective lessons that empower both students and educators.
Her classroom was affectionately referred to as “the store” by her colleagues. Dr. Williams' classroom was a go-to resource for creative, differentiated lessons and a model for instructional strategies that met the needs of her diverse learners. Recognized by her Leadership Team for her unique talents, she quickly transitioned into a leadership role, facilitating professional development workshops and delivering keynote addresses at conferences and universities.
Dr. Williams is passionate about teaching, learning, and equipping educators with the tools to engage students in meaningful instruction. Her expertise equips her to guide educators toward enhancing student learning outcomes and driving student achievement through innovative engagement methods.

Dr. Williams holds a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University-Atlanta, a Master of Applied Social Science in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Management with a minor in Political Science from Florida A&M University.
